Brayden Baird and The Once In A Lifetime Band – "I Saw Nothing" (single w/ live video)
recording, co-mixing, mastering, video editing
In 2024 I took part in a series of deep and meaningful collaborations with Brayden Baird and his crew of misfits, thanks to the motivations of producer Mark Balderston. This entire album by 𝕭𝖗𝖆𝖞𝖉𝖊𝖓 𝕭𝖆𝖎𝖗𝖉 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝕺𝖓𝖈𝖊 𝕴𝖓 𝕬 𝕷𝖎𝖋𝖊𝖙𝖎𝖒𝖊 𝕭𝖆𝖓𝖉 is powerful and driven - the band did full takes, with select few overdubs, and we filmed the whole thing. The songwriting is pure and vibrant, the instruments were real and full of vibration, and the process was authentic and collaborative. We recorded this at our old studio future fields, mixed it at Dave Decristo's gorgeous studio The Fort In Essex, Vermont on his amazing Trident console, and mastered it at my new studio Big Lake Recording Co . No kick drums were involved at all.
“𝕀 𝕊𝕒𝕨 ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘” is the lead single off the new album, and it’s available for streaming everywhere, including with the live music video.

Then I worked closely with Xander and the director (Travis Burgess) to edit the score into place. I also edited the audio for the official trailer.
